At Online Fabric Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or fashion accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the unused fabric and place it back in its original packaging along with the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
