How do I request fabric swatches before placing a bulk order?
You can order individual 4x4 inch swatches for any fabric in our collection. Simply select the 'Order Swatch' button on the product page to ensure the color and texture meet your requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity for your fabrics?
Most of our fabrics are sold by the yard with a minimum order of just one yard. For wholesale or bolt pricing, please refer to the specific product description for bulk requirements.
Will my fabric be sent in one continuous piece?
Yes, all orders for multiple yards of the same fabric are cut as one continuous piece from the bolt. If a continuous cut is not possible, our customer service team will contact you before shipping.
What is your return policy for cut-to-order fabrics?
Because fabrics are custom-cut to your specific length, we generally do not accept returns unless the material is defective or damaged. We highly recommend ordering a swatch first to verify your choice.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for time-sensitive fashion projects and production deadlines.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
While we strive for color accuracy, variations in monitor settings and lighting can affect how a color appears. We recommend ordering a sample swatch if a precise color match is critical for your garment.
